Ingredients

- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard mixture)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the special sauce.
- Top with cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or pack for lunch.
