Description

A creamy, delightful dish that encapsulates the essence of a classic burger in a fresh, fun format.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (elbow or shells)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until perfectly al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until beautifully browned and fragrant. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, chopped lettuce, diced pickles, and shredded cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the creamy dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
