- 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
