Description

Comforting BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps filled with juicy shredded chicken and crunchy coleslaw for a delightful family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tender shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 soft tortillas
  • Chips or fresh veggies (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. Combine the coleslaw mix with ranch dressing and chopped green onions.
  3. Take a tortilla and place a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture on it.
  4. Top with the ranch-dressed coleslaw.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, tucking in the ends.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve immediately with chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead of time for quick meals during the week. Warm tortillas for easier rolling.
