Description

Delightful muffins filled with melted chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for cozy moments.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
