- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a spice mixture.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
